Aged Care Services come under the
Home and Community Care
Programs (HACC). Aged Care
services at CCA are holistic,
individual, professional, sensitive and
timely, so that needs are met and
people are assisted to stay in their
own homes for as long as possible. These services include bus outings and volunteer visiting.

New: Telephone Linkage Service. We now offer a Telephone Linkage service which provides a supportive service to older people through telephone linkage in their own homes, to enable them to maintain independence by reducing social isolation and social exclusion. CCA aims to provide a service for people who live alone, are elderly, disabled or suffering from illness. Click here to read more about this service (download or open a PDF).
