FAMILY DAY CARE
Philosophy
Christian Community Aid Family Day Care recognises the right of all children and their families to high quality, affordable childcare: the right to a safe, secure, warm, positive, fun-loving environment in which a child’s individual, family and cultural needs are recognised and respected.

Becoming a Carer
Family Day Carers are small business operators, working from home with a small group of children. We are looking for people who are prepared to work as part of a highly motivated, dynamic team to provide a high quality child care service.

Carers are warm, caring, energetic and flexible people who enjoy working with children.

They must live in a house or a townhouse/villa, have a safe environment and be prepared to comply with regulations, policies and Quality Assurance requirements.

To apply to become a Carer:
Complete the online expression of interest or phone 9874 0066 and we will send you an information package. Attend an Information Session at the service. Submit the application form.

Carers are carefully selected and thoroughly checked including a Working with Children Check for themselves and other adults in their household.
