We are very lucky at Christian Community Aid - we have a wonderful team of more than 660 volunteers supporting and helping us assist so many people of all races and ages in our community.

These volunteers don't help us full time; some of them can only help for an hour a week, some do a lot more. The nice thing about being one of our volunteers is that we only expect what you are able to give us in terms of your time and commitment.

The other nice thing is the way that volunteering makes you feel - good inside! You can see the difference you are making to someone else's life. You make new friends in your community, and you really feel a part of where you live.

Volunteer work can be anything from driving our community bus to visiting an older person in their home to give them a bit of company for an hour.
